Zion Baptist is a Christ Centered, mission-minded church committed to biblical study, to worship in spirit and in truth, to the meditation of His Word with ordained praise, and to the cultivation and teaching of Christian values as a viable means for everlasting life.

Matthew 28:19-20

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.”

What To Expect

When you attend Zion Baptist Church services, you will encounter a worship experience filled with an uncommon love. Come hear the uncompromised Word of God and expect the unexpected. Service is held on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. EST. The worship service will last approximately 90 minutes. Bible Study is held on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. and Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

What To Expect For The Kids

The youth ministry meets upstairs for Sunday School each week at 9:30 a.m. and bible study on Wednesday nights. Contact the LYTE Ministry at 757-723-3442.

Parents are encouraged to assist with our youth ministry. Parental involvement is very important and necessary to the success of our ministry.

The Crusade and Sonbeam Choirs rehearse on the Wednesday before the 4th Sunday at 7pm.  All children and teens are encouraged to participate.
